Our Story

Kathy and Mark both grew up with family owned businesses in hospitality on the east and west ends of Sydney. Kathy having experience in the family owned restaurant in the city and Mark having experience in the family owned butchery in the Macarthur area. 

Having moved to Camden during the pandemic, they noticed that there was an absence of modern Asian inspired cafes or restaurants in the area. This became the inspiration behind Yum Cha Fu, a scaled back Yum Cha inspired casual dining restaurant delivering classic Yum Cha dishes accompanied with hints of modern flavours and quality specialty dishes.
